Need some inspiration? Try our family favourite of lamb cutlets, served with creamy garlic mash and steamed greens. We had it last night and it was a hit with all eight of our family members (a rare feat!!). Hubby said it was the most delicious and tender cutlets he has ever tasted.
We cooked ours in a low heat oven (approx 140c) for 50-60 min, after spraying with some virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of himilayan rock salt. Easy and so tasty. Our kids call them “meat lollypops”!
