Butterflied chicken (each)

Now THIS is a weekly meal in our family. Whole chicken butterflied (de-boned) and basted in you choice of marinade or plain! We cook ours in the oven, wrapped in foil, for 30-40 minutes at 170-180c. It can also be cooked in frypan or on bbq. The choice in yours! Serves 6-8 people.
